Teaching Experience

Pre-COVID-19: I was engaged on a regular basis as a lecturer and workshop instructor of textile arts at venues throughout North America and in Great Britain, Taiwan, Brazil, New Zealand and China. This was a natural progression following a career as a secondary school educator from 1977-1992. Because my medium is so unusual (cheesecloth) and because I pioneered a technique that is eminently suitable for depicting landscapes and portraits, I am invited by fibre art groups, quilt guilds, conference organizers and colleges to teach and lecture internationally.
